Let's get musical, musical! No, we're not talking Andrew Lloyd Webber versus Stephen Sondheim (though that could be a fun topic for a future show), we're talking about which rock, pop and country stars deserve their own biopic. Kent and Joel pitch biographical films about famous musical artists and it's up to Jacob (yes, that Jacob) to decide whether he would green-light the movies.
At the very least, we hope to be more entertaining than Ray.

Round 1 of our Heroes Bracket took up an entire episode, but we manage to get through rounds 2, 3 and 4 in this, part two, of our Tournament of Heroes. In this debate, should Kent and Joel agree on a winner, they automatically advance. However, if they disagree on who would be victorious, it is up to Jacob to decide who moves on to the next round.
This episode sees epic battles such as Captain America versus Iron Man, Optimus Prime versus the Terminator and Kent's informed opinion versus logical reasoning. And yes, in the end, we will declare one of these heroes the ultimate winner.

Admit it, you've wondered at least once in your life "Who would win in a fight, Gandalf or The Silver Surfer?" So we decided to put some random hero match-ups to the test. Jacob created a bracket of sci-fi and fantasy heroes, and it's up to Joel and Kent to debate and decide who wins each bout. Since we had approximately 50 heroes to discuss, we only got through the first round this time around, but we'll be back to finish it off next week.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to listen to our arguments regarding three super spies: James Bond, Jason Bourne and Ethan Hunt. These agents will be ranked and evaluated in a variety of spy-related categories by our assets: Joel and Kent.

We decided to take a break from our usual topics of movies and television to discuss something truly important: politics. Ha! Just kidding! We're going to talk about video games -- specifically, the pre-PlayStation era. This episode is dedicated to the games we love, the games we hate and the games our parents wouldn't let us buy, so we'd have to go over to our friend's house to play them. After nine set-up/standalone superhero movies and two Avengers movies, Marvel finally gives us a set-up/standalone movie about the superhero who actually started the Avengers. Ant-Man may be doing quite well at the box office, but can it also do well with Kent, the Marvel hater, Joel, the Marvel apologist and Jacob, the Marvel flip-flopper?

Since Disney/Marvel/Pixar/Lucasfilm decided to spin-off a solo Han Solo movie, we decided to offer up our own Star Wars spin-off suggestions. Kent, the hopeless romantic, tries to hook up a bunch of Star Wars characters while Joel just wants to see Channing Tatum take his shirt off again.

For our lucky 13th episode, it's a (straight-to-video) sequel! We finally finish our quest to place beloved Disney animated features into three different tiers. This time, Baconsale ventures into the realm of lesser-known Disney films. Plus, Jacob compares Disneyland to a pitiful trash heap, Kent gets stuck on the song lyrics of Beauty and the Beast and Joel can't stop saying Pooh. Like any sequel, this episode is bigger, yet doesn't capture the magic of the original.
